Desai Engineering Industries Industries Founded by Mr. Samir Desai B.E (Mech) and Mr. Manish Desai B.Sc Under guide line of Mr. P O Desai in Dec 1997 with an area of 1000 Sq Meter. Our Mfrs. Location at 15 Km away from Vadodara at G I D C, Waghodia, Vadodara.
We Started our firm with mfrs of Chemical Process Equipments like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Transformer Tanks etc .
Our Workshop at Waghodia equipped with Lathe Machine, Milling Machines, Shapping Machines, Radial Drill Machines, Mig Welding Machines, Argon Welding Machines, Welding rectifier Machines, Gas Cutting sets and10 tone capacity of electrical operated over head crane.
We expanded our mfrs facility at Local G I D C in Aug 2006 with an area of 320 Square Meter area in Vadodara City. Our Workshop equipped with VWF make 125 mm Horizontal Boring machine with travelling of 2000 x 3000 x 3000 mm, Toss Make 100 mm Horizontal boring machine 2 nos, Batliboi Make VMC machine with 4 axis Fanuc Controllers, DRO milling machine, lathe machines and 5 ton capacity of Electrical operated over head crane.
We are please to introduce ourselves as industrial Manufactures for Special Purpose machinery like RB-3 ,RB-5 Type Tyre Building Machine, Bead Preset machine, Bead Covering Machine, LRP machine, Trimming Machine, Inspection Machine, Liner Cusion Machine, Bead Apexing machine for OTR ,Bead Flipping machine for OTR for all Major Tyres Industries of India. We also mfrs the material handling equipments like all the types of PCR Belt Cassattes, Inner liner cassattes, Side wall Cassattes, Super Assembly cassattes, PCR Green Tyres Trolley, TBR Green Tyre trolley, Side cart, IL Cart, Mini Calendar Cart,100-400 mm belt cart, Turn Table for the curing presses for all Major Tyres Industries of India.
